I am on a journey now. I would like to experiment with silence (I love silence). The idea is to swallow my words and thoughts when I'm in situations where I can choose to be silent. What would happen if I just talk less and smile more.
The purpose is to be active in listening and observing instead of being active in sabotaging conversation.
The outcome that I am expecting from this little 30 day experiment is that I can understand and communicate with people better by talking lesser and smiling more.
