Follow Real Leaders. Ditch The Fake.

There are two types of people. Leaders and followers. I wish the world was as simple as that but hell no. We have lousy leaders leading highly efficient followers. We have weak followers following charismatic leaders. The latter has a chance to win over the former because leadership is everything.

If a family is struggling financially, there is something wrong with the leader of the household. If a business is struggling, investors will crush the CEO.

It's all with the leader and if you are fortunate to be under a strong leader, you will become a great leader too. If you are under a weak one then don't hesitate to find the right one. Your growth is highly determined by your environment and your leader is the one responsible to create it.

If you are in a downward spiral environment then don't expect growth. Sometimes a fake leader will try to lead you towards hell. Identify as early as you can and run away. A true leader will put people first and personal gain next. A true leader will be a giver not a taker. A strong leader will lead with empathy and compassion not through abuse. A powerful leader do not have to claim that they are a leader. They lead and people will follow. It's okay to think a lot when it comes to choosing the right leader. Take all the time in the world to choose the best and trust me, you will become the best too.
