Actually it will be better than alright. The problem with most entrepreneurs is that they forgot the reason why they started their venture. It was solely to solve a particular problem for a specific target group. They had a small idea which became big over time and that's how it works. Growth is inevitable if you are doing it right but the moment you start to focus on profits more than customers to grow at a faster rate, you are going to hit the wall soon.
Profit matters of course. If I were to ask you to choose between eyes and ears what would be your choice? Both of course! Customers and profits are equally important but the moment you make every single small decisions based on the purpose of fulfilling your customer's need, you are going to reap long term profit. The best part is you don't have to crack your head on what would be the best way to focus on the customers.
It's all about the little things. For an example a simple small note inside beautifully packaged with their products on wishing them to have a great day. A call to a random customer asking how is your service. A birthday wish?
The goal is to be as human as possible in interacting with them with very little actions that can touch their hearts.
Service apart, make sure what you are selling is true solutions with also an assurance that they are buying a long term contract from a company that will care for them regardless of their purchase size.
